Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies (XIDAS), Jabalpur (MP), objectives is to facilitate and promote empowering the management aspirants from grass roots level to the Industrial level to build a responsible citizen and effective managers of their stream.
To train the management aspirants, they are been holistically developed through their two years of full time PGDM and PGDM-Rural Management Course at XIDAS. We enhance the quality of working professionally by sharpening the skill sets like Ability, Skills and Knowledge (ASK). The institute gives importance to these three aspects with a special focus on the practical aspect of PGDM & PGDM-Rural Management programme.
We at the Institute focus Holistic Development (Academically, Industrial Learning, Extra-Curricular Learning and Personality Development as a Professional Management Students). Developing the Management students with subject Domain Knowledge, Analytical Skill, Interpersonal Skills, Application of Integrative Learning, Creating Soft Skill and Hard Skills (through various modes of Teaching Pedagogy from the subject course perspective).
XIDAS thrust, is to build the management professionals, through various process like: Special Input Session, Summer Internship Programme, Dissertation, Live Study, Rural Exposure, Industrial Visits, Case study Analysis/ Group Discussion/ Management Games/ Role Plays, Workshop/ Seminar/ Webinar/ Conference/ Confluence, Research Paper presentation both Primary and Secondary research study Perspectives, Educating Business Values of Ethics and Policies as well as Rules and Policies.
XIDAS as the mission and vision along with AICTE Universal Human Values induction interested in preparing all management students caliber and character building in the welfare and development of society and industry, so that they can make meaningful contribution for the fuller human life in all stake forms from Individual, Family, Society, State and Country at large.
