The institute accepts only online registrations. You can scroll up and fill the Registration Form.
After the GDPI round, admission offers are made to successful candidates. The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes which include:
Aspiring candidates will have to apply online for appearing in one or more of the said exams by visiting their respective websites.
The admission process followed by the Institute is as per the guidelines of AICTE. The institute generally conducts the GD&PI in two phases. Phase I is in March and Phase II is in April/May.
Classes for the new academic session commences as per the date provided in the Academic Calendar issued by AICTE for the relevant year.

Tentative date and mode of GD&PI for Phase I & Phase II:
GD&PI for Phase I will tentatively be held between the 1st week of March and 1st week of April 2024. The mode of holding the GD&PI will be based on the number of applications received from a given region. Offline (face-to-face) GDPI centres for Phase-I will be at the following locations:
The Final decision will however rest with the institute.
GD&PI for Phase II will be held in physical mode (Face to Face GDPI) only at the XIDAS campus in Jabalpur. Exact dates will be announced later.
Please note that 50% of the seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Christian Minorities, ST, SC and other minorities and as such while filling up the form please ensure that you indicate your category accordingly.
The total number of seats available in Two Years Full-time Post Graduate Diploma Programmes in Management (PGDM) in Human Resource Management, Finance and Marketing Management specialization are Thirty (30).
The total number of seats available in Two Years Full-time Post Graduate Diploma Programmes in Management (PGDM) in Rural Management are Thirty (30), In case adequate number of candidates from the said categories are not available then such seats will be filled up from among the candidates belonging to the unreserved category.

PGDM in Human Resource
Business and commerce drive the world’s economy and have the greatest impact on our lives – locally and globally. It focuses on careers that direct financial, human and materials resources towards a goal of profitability. It studies and analyses the different factors underlying the behavior of firms under various market structures. PGDM Human Resource is obtaining, using and maintaining a satisfied workforce. It is a significant part of management concerned with employees at work and with their relationship within the organization. This enables the students to develop a clear understanding of the concepts, methods, techniques, and issues to manage human resources. It will help to understand how the human assets are being used in the service of organizational objectives and will help the students to recognize the manager’s changing role and emphasize current issues and real-world problems and the policies and practices of HRM used to meet them. The course will familiarize the students with legal framework of HR, and Labour Laws affecting the industries along with the knowledge of legal aspects governing the labour administration and Industrial Relations that is essential for the HR managers. The course will also acquaint students with the concept, processes and mechanics of performance management system practiced in business organizations, and to learn the aspects essential for designing a incentive structure to attract, retain and motivate human resources for higher individual and organizational performance. Also familiarize the students with the concepts of Human Resource Planning (HRP) and its applicability in organizations.

The PGDM Human Resource course is a combination of classroom sessions and mandatory 2/3 of the programme period as a field engagement/ placement/ internship component. The classroom sessions will facilitate learning through participation in the forms of lectures, discussions, case studies, presentations, assignments, etc., to help students to understand the conceptual and theoretical clarity of the subject area. The field engagement will provide a possibility to see the linkages between the classroom inputs by highlighting the practical dimensions of the course. PGDM-Rural Management Course (PGDM-RM)
Employment and Other Prospects
XIDAS is offering this 02 year full-time PGDM programme in Rural Management since the year 2000. This course is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
The PGDM-RM course trains postgraduate candidates to qualify as rural facilitators of the process in which the villagers themselves become effective managers of their own resources. The PGDM-RM deals with all the subjects that cover the science of Management and also the skills that go with the profession, such as, the use of the computers, communication skills and a thorough grounding on topics related to the rural situations.
XIDAS envisions that there is a bright future for Rural Management and that the demand for PGDM-RM is increasing considerably in the recent years. The high rate of placement of the past batches of PGDM-RM graduates is an indicator in this direction. On the successful completion of their studies, the outgoing students of PGDM-RM will be absorbed in NGOs, Development Agencies, Government Services and also Commercial Organizations, through a systematic placement procedure of the Institute, provided the students are able to put in hard work in the subjects covered and are proficient in English. XIDAS organizes their first employment with NGOs, and development organizations. The Institute also offers research or fieldwork opportunities in its own projects, if projects require human resources at a particular time.
Moreover, the job placement opportunities depend more on the performance of individual students & their performance during the course. In other words, the Institute can play an active role in finding a suitable placement only to those who extend their full cooperation throughout the course.
