Hello, I am Rahul and I recently finished my PGDM from Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies (XIDAS), Jabalpur. To tell you in short XIDAS, Jabalpur has everything that can give wings to a student's career. The institution has a big and well-equipped campus area. Facilities of all kinds are readily available for students. The institution has state of the art smart classrooms that helps the students immensely. Latest audiovisual aids are provided to ensure the proper exposure for the students. The institute has a well-stocked library. Books of various Indian and foreign authors including scores of e-journals aid the students learn better. The institute boasts of some of the most prolific in house and visiting faculty members from the field of management. XIDAS, Jabalpur doesn't just produce business managers but leaders who understand their responsibility towards the society.

The time spent on XIDAS campus were some of the best days of my life. XIDAS has an amazing curriculum that is very relevant for us in terms of preparation before joining an organization. At XIDAS we get access to an excellent blend of an in-depth subject knowledge and practical experience through regular urban and rural visits. We are able to develop our skill-sets from some participating in unique activities like experiential learning, hands-on culture, urban and rural immersion and are given personal mentoring by our professors. The faculty provided on campus is experienced and experts in their fields. I wish the upcoming batch of students the very best!

I have always been interested in understanding and working in the dynamics of rural economies. I could not have asked for a better institution to pursue this dream at than Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies, Jabalpur. Where does one even begin talking about the extremely professional and visionary faculty. In the two years spent here I have gotten such in depth insight into the field of management and development. Also the summer internship programmes organized for us gives us significant exposure into the government and non-government sectors. I am truly indebted to XIDAS for being the perfect launchpad for my career.

Hello everyone. I am glad that I was given an opportunity to share my experiences about XIDAS. When one thinks about Jabalpur, one thinks of touristy places and waterfalls. But XIDAS has just another world of its own within the campus. At XIDAS every second is spent in helping students hone their skills and develop their actual potential as leaders who can carve a niche for themselves in the world of management. At the same time, our training gives up ample opportunities to experience life at the grassroot level, thus enabling us to envision business and management ideas that are sustainable and indigenously applicable. I will always remember these days as the best days of my life.

Hi, I am Neha and I am currently working with Sambandh Finserve Pvt. Ltd. Being an alumni of this esteemed academic institution I believe that XIDAS is truly dedicated towards bringing a positive change in the society through the various rural and urban development projects that it undertakes. XIDAS is is extensively involved in conducting Socio-economic Surveys, Need Assessment Studies, Social Impact Assessment, Management Development Programme etc. in the area of SE and CSR. These initiatives also gave us a platform to explore our talents as well as develop management skills on the job. Not to forget that XIDAS is also actively involved in academic publication, and organisation of conferences and workshops. The campus life is always abuzz and there are various activities that are organized to help students find their niche. I would urge any and every student serious about making a career for themselves in the social sector to definitely explore their options at XIDAS.

Hello, my name is John and I passed out of XIDAS in 2018. The two years I have spent learning the various facets of management and social entrepreneurship were extremely enriching; now that I have actually joined the micro-financing industry, I can say it confidently that XIDAS prepared me well for this role. The college offers programs and specializations in Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management. At every step of our training we were encouraged to think creatively and develop our leadership skills. Tasks and projects encouraged a healthy team spirit amongst batchmates and we often ended up making best of friends during the most challenging tasks. Internships and industry exposure and on-the-job training was also encouraged, so that we as students had all our doubts cleared before we faced those situations on the job. Undoubtedly XIDAS did an amazing job at mentoring us and prepared us well to embrace the life after college.
