By signing this form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions that you understand and agree with them.

You are requested to deposit an amount of Rs.1000/-  towards Application Fee which may be submitted Online.

Documents Required

  1. National Entrance Test Score Card
  2. Marksheets of 10th & 12th
  3. Certificates of Graduation / Post Graduation (if any)
  4. Caste Certificate
  5. Letter from Church Authority for Christian candidates
  6. Copy of Aadhar Card
  7. Copy of Passport
  8. Passport Size Photograph.
  9. Copy of Address proof  (latest electricity bill / landline telephone bill / Passport / letter form employer, no other documents will be valid).

Note :- Failing to present the above mentioned documents will subject to the cancellation of registration and will not be considered for admission.

Special Note:- 

  1. Submission of registration form is not assurance / security of admission.
  2. The selection of the students will be done as per the information furnished in the online registration form and based on the availability of seats.
  3. The registration ceases at any stage of admission if dissatisfied by the management without assigning any reason. 
  4. All the desired original documents should be presented at the time of admissions for verification. Furnishing wrong information will lead to cancellation of registration and will not be considered for admission.
  5. The XIDAS Management reserves the right for selection of students, as per the information furnished in the online registration form.

Online Payment Terms :

  1. Online payment of Application fee can be made, using the following modes:
    Net Banking
    Debit Card (VISA, Master, Maestro)
    Credit Card. (VISA, Master, Maestro)
    e-wallets
  2. For making online payment of Application fee, follow the payment instructions after verifying the filled application form.
  3. From the XIDAS portal, the candidate will be redirected to the payment gateway webpage, which provides the payment options.
  4. After successful completion of the payment, the system will be directed back to the XIDAS portal, where candidates can view/print the completed application form containing the payment details.
  5. XIDAS does not charge any processing fee or service charge from the candidates for online payment. However, the candidates have to pay the other charges, as applicable for online payment, to the payment gateway or merchant banks.

When you begin a registration and fill out the registration form, you can save your form as a draft and return to work on it at any time. However, once you register, your registration will be non-editable and you will not be able to make any change.
